  6. Accuracy Statement – Under penalty of perjury, you’re the owner or have authority to act

⏱️ What Happens After You File a DMCA Notice?

  • We’ll acknowledge your notice within 48 hours
  • If valid, we may temporarily remove the content
  • We’ll inform the user who posted it (if known)
  • A final review is usually completed within 10 business days

📝 How to File a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice with:

  1. Your Signature (physical or electronic)
  2. Details of the Removed Content – and where it appeared
  3. A Statement – under penalty of perjury that it was wrongly removed
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction – U.S. federal court in your district or ours
  5. Your Contact Info – Name, address, phone

🔁 What Happens Next?

  • We’ll forward your counter-notice to the original complainant
  • If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content

🔄 Repeat Infringer Policy

To protect creators and the platform:

  • Users with multiple valid DMCA violations may be blocked
  • We reserve the right to permanently restrict access for repeat infringers
  • Users may appeal by submitting proof of fair use or authorization
